Personalized products
These terms apply to purchases from this store together with the product description, any customization details we agree with you, our Return and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Your customization details
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and carefully check the photos, spelling, names, sizes, colors and other details you submit. You must own or have permission to use the photos and other material you provide for your order.
We will confirm the customization details before starting production. Where a proof is included in your order, please review and approve it before production. A proof or a particular number of revisions is included only if stated in the product description or separately agreed with you. Any additional charge must be explained and agreed before the extra work begins.
Production and changes
Custom production begins only after your details are confirmed, we have notified you that production is starting, and work on the personalized item has actually begun. Before that point, you may cancel for a full refund. After that point, change-of-mind cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted except where required by law. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details and remedies for defects or errors on our part.
Handmade appearance
Handmade items may have minor variations in texture, color and finish. Photos and screens can also display colors differently. This does not excuse defects, an error on our part or a material difference from the product description and your confirmed specifications.
Prices and order issues
Please review the selected options, price and any displayed delivery charges before submitting your order. We will not add charges or make material substitutions without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. Changes to these terms will not reduce the rights or promises that applied when you placed an existing order.
Photos and privacy
You retain your rights in the material you submit. Permission to use it to process and produce your order is not permission to use it in advertising. We will seek separate permission before using your photos or personalized item in public marketing. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
