Production comes before shipping

Your custom piece has a production time of 30–45 days. This is separate from international small-parcel transit after dispatch. It is not a 30–45-day delivery guarantee. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

An order being made does not yet have carrier tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

I have not received a shipping confirmation

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If you need help with your order, contact us with your order number.

My tracking link has no update

A shipping label can be created before the carrier records its first scan. Check the latest information using the link in your shipping confirmation. If the status is unclear, contact us so we can check it.

My parcel is delayed or marked delivered but missing

Check the delivery address on your order and any delivery notes from the carrier. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
