Choosing your photo

Choose a clear, naturally lit photo with your pet's face fully visible. Avoid heavy filters, deep shadows and cropped ears. For a portrait of more than one pet, prepare a clear photo of each pet.

Which design should I choose?

Choose a charm for your bag or keys, a framed portrait for your home, or a personalised leather accessory for everyday use. Check the dimensions and number of pets listed on the individual product page.

Will the portrait look exactly like my photo?

Your photo is the reference for the portrait. A leather portrait interprets the photo in a different material, so details and colour appearance can vary. Example images show a particular pet and design, rather than a guarantee of an identical result.

Can I include two or three pets?

Choose a product specifically offered for two or three pets. Prepare a separate clear photo of each pet and check the selected option before ordering.

Can I add lettering?

Available lettering options depend on the product. Please contact us before ordering if you need a particular name, character set or placement.

How long will my order take?

Production and shipping are separate stages. Please contact us before ordering for the current estimate for your chosen item and destination, especially if you have a gift date in mind.

Can I change my custom details?

If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number and the detail you want to change. Please wait for confirmation before assuming a change is possible.

How do I ask a question?
