Measurements refer to the artwork, not the outside of the frame. The two square formats have the same artwork size with different frames. The frame formats are fixed; the portrait is personal.

Proofs and revisions
A line-art proof is included. We confirm the photos, composition and design details with you before production. Production begins only after you approve the line art. Once approved, the confirmed design cannot be changed. Other requests are subject to confirmation; any additional charge will be explained and agreed before the extra work begins.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Custom orders and cancellations Our products are personalized using the photos, text and specifications you provide. Please review your customization details carefully before confirming them. You may cancel your order for a full refund before custom production begins. Email wangzeyang96@gmail.com with your order number. We assess your request using the time we receive it, not the time we reply. Custom production begins when your customization details have been confirmed, we have notified you that production is starting, and work on your personalized item has actually begun. Payment alone does not mean production has started. Once custom production has begun, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or an error in details you supplied and confirmed, except where required by applicable law. If you need a change, contact us promptly; we will explain whether it is still possible and obtain your agreement before charging for additional work. Damage, defects or an error on our part If your item arrives damaged, is defective, contains a customization error caused by us, or materially differs from the confirmed specifications or description, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, remaking, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. We cover necessary return or replacement shipping costs for issues that are our responsibility. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. No restocking fee applies to remedies for issues that are our responsibility. Please report problems promptly; this request does not shorten any statutory claim period. Refunds Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. We will confirm the refund when it is issued. A few details
Is the artwork made by hand?
Yes. The portrait is handcrafted, with individually worked outlines and colour applied by hand. Small variations in texture and finish are part of each piece.
What does “cloisonné-style” mean?
It describes the fine outlines and areas of colour that give this contemporary portrait its decorative character, inspired by traditional cloisonné.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
Your photo guides a stylised portrait with expressive features and decorative colour. It is an artistic interpretation, so details and proportions will differ from a photograph.
Do the listed sizes include the frame?
The listed sizes refer to the artwork, not the outside frame. The two square options have the same 10 × 10 cm artwork size and different frame formats. The third has 10 × 15 cm artwork.
Can I include two pets?
Yes. Each frame option includes one or two pets at the same price. Select the number of pets and send one clear photo for each. You can upload now or reply to your order confirmation email after checkout.
Can I request a name or a special background?
Share your ideas in the design notes. Lettering, colours, backgrounds and other requests are subject to confirmation. We agree the design and any additional charge before production; your line-art proof comes first.
Can I change my photo or name later?
You can send your photos after checkout if you choose that option. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the relevant piece. We confirm the details before making begins; after a sketch is approved, those details cannot be changed. The order policies apply.
