A favourite photograph can become a small portrait to carry or a keepsake to display at home. If you are choosing a pet memorial gift, start with how the person would like to keep it, how many pets it should include and the photos available.

A charm to carry, or a portrait to display?

For a bag or keys: the Round Portrait Charm holds one pet’s portrait on a 7.5 cm leather disc, with a leather loop and metal ring. For a different craft and a line-art approval step: the Cloisonné-Style Pet Portrait Frame includes one or two pets and a line-art proof before making. Choosing for someone else

A portrait depends on the expression and markings in the reference photo. If the gift is for a friend or family member, let them choose a photograph that feels right to them and whether they would prefer a charm or a framed piece. You do not need to add memorial wording: a portrait alone can be the keepsake. If you would like a name, date or other text, ask us to confirm what is possible for the specific piece before ordering.

If you only have older photographs

Look for a clear view of the face and eyes, natural light and visible coat markings. For more than one pet, separate photos are welcome; tell us the preferred left-to-right order. If the only photograph is small, dark or partly obscured, contact us about the image and chosen piece before ordering so we can check suitability. We cannot promise to recover details that are not visible.

What will I approve before making?

For leather portraits, we confirm photos and personalisation details; a separate preview or revisions are included only where the product page says so or where agreed with you. The cloisonné-style frame includes a line-art proof for approval. Once an included line-art proof is approved, the confirmed design cannot be changed. Any additional work or charge must be agreed before it begins.

Plan around the delivery window

Processing and making: 30 business days from your order date, followed by 15–30 business days for shipping after dispatch. Estimated total delivery: 45–60 business days. For these estimates, business days are Monday–Saturday, using China Standard Time (UTC+8). Orders placed after 14:00 or on a Sunday enter processing on the next business day. Please provide your photos and personalisation details promptly. Missing information, requested changes or delayed approvals may extend the estimate; we will confirm any revised timing with you. This is not an immediate or express gift. Standard shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Singapore.
